Walls and sidings are known to make up the exterior section of any residence. If there is a problem, it manifests itself in the form of bulging and bowing.

It is advisable to have a notebook with you as go around making the assessment. With a notebook at hand, it becomes easier to document all the findings and you will not need to struggle hard in order to remember where the problem was. This in turn makes it easier to negotiate with a seller.

Even though a person could have performed the assessment and be satisfied with the results, there may be need to call in an inspector. An inspector will be in a position to perform a more thorough job. He will also be able to issue an inspection report.
