Arris Group Inc. (ARRS) reported fourth quarter EPS of $0.56 after the close Wednesday, down from $0.78 in the previous year. Analysts expected EPS of $0.47. Revenue fell 12.7% to $1.10 billion from $1.26 billion last year.
