Deere & Co. (DE) reported first quarter EPS of $0.80 Friday morning, down from $1.12 in the prior year period. Analysts expected EPS of $0.70. The company cuts its fiscal year 2016 net income guidance to about $1.3 billion from the prior estimate of about $1.4 billion.
