Canadian Natural Resources (CNQ) reported a fourth quarter loss of C$0.04 per share Thursday morning, compared to the profit of $0.69 per share a year ago. The company lowered its 2016 spending budget amid low oil prices and its Board declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common shares of C$0.23 per common share.
