CTRV Prices Offering At $1.42/Share

ContraVir Pharmaceuticals Inc. (CTRV) has offered to sell up to 4.9 million shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase up to 2.46 million shares of common stock at a fixed combined price of $1.42. The company had cash of $9.83 million at year-end 2015. The gross proceeds to ContraVir from this offering are expected to be $7 million.
