Arcadis Q1 EBITA Declines; Expects Tough Conditions In Emerging Markets

Dutch engineering and consultancy firm Arcadis NV (ARCAY.PK) said that its EBITA for the first quarter declined 9 percent to 46.6 million euros from 51.3 million euros in the year-ago period.
