Cardiovascular Systems Inc. (CSII) announced after the bell Thursday that it now expects to report third quarter revenues of $43.5 million to $44 million. Prior guidance had been for revenues of $40.5 million to $42 million. The consensus estimate is for revenues of $41.05 million.
