American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) reported first quarter EPS of $0.22 after the close Wednesday, up from $0.15 a year ago. Street expectations had been for EPS of $0.18. Second quarter EPS is expected to be between $0.20 and $0.21. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $0.20.
