Louisiana-Pacific Corp. (LPX) Monday announced a swing to profit of $10.3 million or $0.07 per share for the first quarter, compared to loss of $34.5 million or $0.24 per share last year. On an adjusted basis, the company posted a net profit of $9.6 million.
