Royal Dutch Shell reported Wednesday a pre-tax loss in its first quarter, while CCS earnings plunged from last year mainly on weak revenues. Oil and gas production increased but that was offset by lower prices. Further, the company announced dividend, and warned on second-quarter earnings.
