Arctic Cat Inc. (ACAT) announced after the close Tuesday that it was awarded triple damages of $46.7 million in a patent-infringement suit against Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. (BBD-B.TO) and BRP U.S. Inc. after a jury ruled that they willfully infringed on two of Arctic Cat's patents.
