The major U.S. index futures are pointing to a higher opening on Friday, with futures rising in knee-jerk reaction to the jobs data. Commodities are mostly lower, except oil, which is moderately higher. The dollar is firmer against most major currencies, although it is weaker against the aussie and the pound.
