Ross Stores Inc. (ROST) reported second quarter EPS of $0.71 after the close Thursday, up from $0.63 a year ago. Analysts expected EPS of $0.67. The company expects to report third quarter EPS of $0.52 to $0.55 and between $2.69 and $2.75 for the full year. Street expectations are for EPS of $0.57 and $2.71.
