DTS Inc. (DTSI) Jumped To A New High After Acquired By Tessera

DTS Inc. (DTSI) announced Tuesday morning that it has agreed to be acquired by Tessera Technologies Inc. (TSRA) for $42.50 per share, approximately $850 million.
