Intersil Corp. (ISIL) Leaped To A New High After Bought By Renesas

Intersil Corp. (ISIL) announced Tuesday morning that it has agreed to be acquired by Renesas Electronics Corporation for US$22.50 per share in cash, approximately US$3.2 billion.
