Isle Of Capris Casinos (ISLE) announced Monday morning that it has agreed to be acquired by Eldorado Resorts Inc. (ERI) for $23.00 in cash or 1.638 shares of Eldorado common stock. The transaction is valued at approximately $1.7 billion.
