Nu Skin Enterprises (NUS) announced after the bell Tuesday that it has reached an agreement with the SEC to settle an investigation into the company's charitable contribution in China in 2013. Nu Skin will neither admit or deny guilt and has agreed to pay $765,688 in the settlement.
