Spectra Energy Corp. (SE) Surged To A New High After Bought By Enbridge

Spectra Energy Corp. (SE) announced Tuesday morning that it has agreed to combine with Enbridge Inc. (ENB) in a stock-for-stock merger transaction. Enbridge shareholders are expected to own approximately 57 percent of the combined company, while Spectra Energy shareholders are expected to own approximately 43 percent.
