Agricultural products giant Monsanto Co. on Wednesday reported a loss for the fourth quarter that narrowed from last year, reflecting higher revenues, fewer one-time charges and lower operating expenses. Looking ahead, the company forecast higher ongoing earnings for fiscal 2017 compared to the previous year.
