Oracle (ORCL) announced Friday morning that it has extended the expiration of its tender offer to acquire NetSuite Inc. (N) to November 4 and that this will be the final extension. If a majority of NetSuite shareholders do not tender sufficient shares Oracle will terminate the acquisition.
