Infineon Technologies AG, a German manufacturer of semiconductors and system solutions, Wednesday said it expects fiscal 2017 revenue growth of around 6 percent, plus or minus 2 percentage points. Further, Infineon said it has decided to raise the target for the Segment Result Margin throughout the economic cycle.
