TransDigm Group Inc. (TDG) reported fourth quarter adjusted EPS of $3.29 Monday morning, compared to $2.83 last year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $3.20. Net sales rose 8.1% to $875.2 million from $809.8 million a year ago. Analysts expected revenues of $883.01 million.
