Western Refining Inc. (WNR) Leaped To A 10-Month High After Merger

Western Refining Inc. (WNR) announced Thursday morning that it has agreed to be acquired by Tesoro Corp. (TSO) for $37.30 per share in a stock transaction. The deal is valued at $4.1 billion.
