Eli Lilly & Co. (LLY) announced Thursday morning that it expects to report full year adjusted EPS of $3.50 to $3.60. Street expectations are for EPS of $3.52. Full year 2017 adjusted EPS is expected to be between $4.05 and $4.15. The consensus estimate is for EPS of $3.97.
