Fred's Inc. (FRED) Has Broken Out To A New High After Store Acquisitions

Fred's Inc. (FRED) announced Tuesday morning that it has agreed to acquire 865 stores and certain assets related to store operations from Rite Aid Corp. (RAD) for $950 million.
