Alexion Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ALXN) announced after the bell Wednesday that it has filed its Form 10-Q for the third quarter. The company had delayed the filing to conduct an investigation into allegations from former employees into its sales practices for Soliris. The company's Audit and Finance Committee has determined that previously issued financial results do not require restatement.
