Derma Sciences Inc. (DSCI) announced Wednesday morning that it has agreed to be acquired by Integra LifeSciences (IART) for $7.00 per share of common stock in cash, or approximately $204 million, and $32.00 per share for its outstanding shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock and $48.00 per share for its Series B Convertible Preferred Stock.
