Qualcomm Inc. (QCOM) was range-bound throughout the first half of Tuesday's session, but sank sharply in the early afternoon. The stock dropped on the news that the FTC filed a lawsuit against the company on allegations it used "anticompetitive" tactics to maintain a monopoly on a semiconductor.
