FMC Corp. (FMC) Jumped To A New High After Purchase Of DuPont Business

FMC Corp. (FMC) announced Friday morning that it has agreed to acquire the portion of DuPont's (DD) Crop Protection business that it must divest in order to gain EU approval for its merger with Dow Chemical (DOW). DuPont has also agreed to buy FMC Health and Nutrition.
