German telecom giant Deutsche Telekom AG Thursday reported a sharp decline in its first-quarter profit, mainly on negative remeasurement effects, while revenues increased from last year. Looking ahead, Deutsche Telekom continues to expects higher net revenues, and adjusted EBITDA would rise by just under 4 percent to around 22.2 billion euros.
