Osram Licht AG (OSAGF.PK), a German manufacturer of lamps, lighting systems, and electronic control gears, reported Wednesday that its second-quarter net income was 79 million euros, down 16.4 percent from 95 million euros in the year-ago period, when the company benefited from one-time effects.
