ClubCorp Holdings Inc. (MYCC) Jumped After Purchased By Apollo Global

ClubCorp Holdings Inc. (MYCC) announced Monday morning that it has agreed to be acquired by affiliates of certain investment funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management (APO) for $17.12 per share in cash, or approximately $1.1 billion.
