RTL Group (AUO.F) reported that its first-half net profit attributable to shareholders decreased to 320 million euros from 341 million euros, prior year. Earnings per share was 2.08 euros compared to 2.22 euros. Reported EBITDA was down by 7.8 percent to 626 million euros from 679 million euros. Adjusted for the positive one-off effect at Groupe M6, EBITDA was almost stable year-on-year.
