Bunge Ltd. (BG) Fell To Over A 3-Month Low After Acquisition

Bunge Ltd. (BG) announced Tuesday morning that it has agreed to acquire a 70% ownership interest in IOI Loders Croklaan from IOI Corporation Berhad for $946 million, comprising $595 million in cash.
