Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (CMTL) reported fourth quarter EPS of $0.31 after the bell Wednesday, up from $0.14 a year ago. Street expectations were for EPS of $0.14. Revenues fell 3.0% to $147.76 million from $152.38 million last year.
