Synchronoss Technologies Inc. (SNCR) announced Tuesday morning that it remains in active discussions with Siris Capital Group and other interested parties regarding a range of potential strategic transactions. The announcement came after Siris revealed that it is no longer considering an all-cash buyout of the company.
