BHP Billiton Q1 Iron Ore Production Down 3%; Affirms FY Outlook

Anglo-Australian mining giant BHP Billiton plc (BHP.AX, BLT.L, BBL, BHP) reported that its total iron ore production for the first quarter ended September 30, 2017 was 55.6 million tonnes, down 3 percent from 57.6 million tonnes in the year-ago quarter.
