Cabot Microelectronics Corp. (CCMP) Thursday reported an increase in fourth quarter net income available to shareholders to $26.43 million from $20.58 million in the prior year. On a per share basis, earnings increased to $1.03 from $0.83 a year ago. On an adjusted basis, earnings were $1.07 per share.
