Micron Technology (MU) Is Heading Lower After Offering Announcement

Micron Technology (MU) announced after the bell Tuesday that it intends to offer approximately $1 billion of shares of common stock in an underwritten public offering. The stock is now down 1.23 on 2.4 million shares.
