Eaton Vance Corp. (EV) Tuesday reported a sharp increase in fourth quarter net income attributable to the company to $82.73 million from $65.13 million in the prior year. On a per share basis, earnings were $0.69, up from $0.57 in the prior year. On an adjusted basis, earnings were $0.70 per share.
