Roper Technologies Inc. (ROP) Friday reported a surge in fourth quarter net profit to $4443.87 million from $182.08 million in the prior year. On a per share basis, earnings were $4.27, up from $1.78 in the previous week. On an adjusted basis, earnings were $2.70 per share.
