KLA-Tencor Corp. (KLAC) announced Monday morning that it agreed to acquire Orbotech Ltd. (ORBK) for $69.02 per share in a cash and stock deal. Orbotech shareholders will receive $38.86 in cash and 0.25 of a share of KLA-Tencor common stock for each share.
