Prothena Corp. (PRTA) announced after the bell Tuesday that it has entered into a global collaboration with Celgene (CELG) to develop treatments for neurodegenerative diseases. Under the deal, Prothena will receive a $100 million upfront payment and a $50 million equity investment by Celgene.
