Sparton Corp. (SPA) Sank To A New Low After Merger Deal Terminated

Sparton Corp. (SPA) announced Monday morning that its proposed merger agreement with Ultra Electronics Holdings has been terminated. The decision was made after the staff of the DOJ informed Sparton and Ultra that it intended to recommend that the DOJ block the merger.
