RTL Group (AUO.F) reported that its first-quarter net profit attributable to shareholders declined 19 percent to 111 million pounds from 137 million euros in the prior-year quarter, which included a positive on-off amounting to 14 million euros. Earnings per share for the quarter were 0.72 euros, compared to 0.89 euros last year.
