Tribune Media Co. said Thursday that it has terminated a $3.9 billion deal to be acquired by Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and filed a lawsuit against the company for alleged breach of contract. Tribune's lawsuit was filed in the Delaware Chancery Court. In addition, Tribune reported second-quarter financial results that beat analysts' estimates.
