Oncor To Buy InfraREIT; Sempra To Acquire 50% Stake In Sharyland Utilities

Sempra Energy (SRE) and Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC said Thursday that Oncor has agreed to acquire 100 percent of the equity interests of InfraREIT, Inc. (HIFR), including all the limited-partnership units in its subsidiary InfraREIT Partners, LP.
