French drug giant Sanofi SA (SNYNF, SNY) reported that its third-quarter IFRS net income attributable to equity holders of the company rose 45.7 percent to 2.27 billion euros from last year's 1.56 billion euros. IFRS earnings per share increased to 1.82 euros from 1.24 euros last year.
