Deutsche Telekom AG reported Thursday a significant growth in second-quarter net profit with higher revenues as well as the absence of prior year's charge. Looking ahead, the company said it stays well on track. CEO Tim Höttges said, "We remain reliable. Our business performed well in all areas again in the first half of 2019. That puts us in a position to deliver the results we promised."
