Ericsson (ERIC) reported that its first-quarter net income declined to 1.6 billion Swedish kronor from 2.9 billion kronor, prior year. EPS decreased to 0.45 kronor from 0.88 kronor. EBITA excluding restructuring charges amounted to 4.8 billion kronor compared to 5.0 billion kronor. EBITA margin excluding restructuring charges was 7.7% compared to 9.1%.
